RollCallPal replaces paper sign-in sheets and scattered text messages with one system. Employees use the mobile app to clock in and out, log lunch breaks, report a late arrival or early departure, and request PTO or time off, all from their phone.
Managers get a web dashboard to approve requests, see who is off on a shared calendar by department, review doctor's notes and return-to-work forms, handle FMLA leave requests, and export reports. Push notifications keep both sides up to date the moment something changes.
We designed and built the full product: the React Native apps for iOS and Android, the web admin dashboard, and the back end that connects them. It is in daily use at Taylor Chevrolet, managing time and attendance across departments.
